Privacy Policy

This policy covers BeefQuake.TV (this site). It does not cover Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, or any other third-party platform you use to follow, watch, or contact BeefQuake — those have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

• Giveaway entries: the username/name you enter, and either your email address or your Discord username — whichever contact method you choose — plus which entry tasks you completed.
• Basic site analytics: aggregate, anonymized pageview data (via Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not use cookies and does not track you individually.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we collect it

Giveaway contact info is used only to verify entries, pick a winner, and reach that winner about their prize. It is not added to a mailing list or used for anything else unless you separately opt in somewhere (for example, a newsletter with its own signup).

How long we keep it

Entry data for a given giveaway is kept while that giveaway is active and for a reasonable period after (to resolve any prize disputes), then deleted. You can ask us to delete your entry data earlier at any time — see contact info below.

Who can see it

Entry data is visible only to BeefQuake in the site's admin control panel, which is password-protected. It is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure and is not shared with any other third party.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through any of the contact methods on the Links page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will change too.

Official Giveaway Rules

Applies to giveaways run on the Giveaway page unless a specific giveaway posts different terms.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase your odds of winning.

Eligibility

Open to entrants who meet the minimum age required to use the platform(s) involved in that giveaway's entry tasks (for example, Twitch or Discord's own minimum age). Void where prohibited by law. BeefQuake may set additional eligibility requirements for a specific giveaway (for example, region restrictions on shipping a physical prize) — those will be noted on the giveaway page itself.

How to enter

Complete the entry tasks shown on the active giveaway, then submit your username and a way to contact you (email or Discord). Each task grants the number of entries shown at the time you complete it. Entries submitted after a giveaway's listed end date are not counted.

Verification

This page cannot independently verify off-site actions like follows or reposts in real time. BeefQuake spot-checks winners' accounts before a prize ships, and reserves the right to disqualify an entry that does not reflect a genuine completed task.

Winner selection & notification

Winners are selected at random from valid entries after the giveaway closes, using the entry counts recorded at that time. Winners are contacted using whichever method (email or Discord) they provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, BeefQuake reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prizes

Prize details (what's being given away, and how many winners) are described on the giveaway page itself at the time you enter. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash except at BeefQuake's discretion.

Sponsor

Giveaways on this site are run by BeefQuake, independently, unless a specific giveaway states that it's run in partnership with another sponsor — that will be disclosed on the giveaway page itself.

General

BeefQuake reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse. By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Privacy Policy above.
